Do you remember back to mid-February and my post entitled "It takes 30 days to create a habit"? I mentioned in that post that I started flossing every day. I can proudly say I've stuck with it and am on my way to a new good habit! How about you? 


Have you started a new good habit? Regular exercise or eating is definitely a good habit to start. I was recently chatting with a friend who's been working hard to lose weight. She mentioned being nervous about her eating "habits" once the challenge she's doing is over. I told her that after spending a summer eating healthier it became a lifestyle (or a habit) for me. It's the same with working out. My body is now so used to working out and if I don't work out I don't feel so good. It's one of those good habits I'm glad that I've created!


So what workout did you do today? After work we took a walk as a family. West Michigan is having some beautiful early-spring weather so I couldn't resist a walk. I wanted to go for a run, but we ran out of time. I had to get some groceries and wanted to run some stuff out to my dad's house.
Once the kids went to bed I turned on the Red Wings game and did 93 burpees. Ooh I'll be glad to get to 100!! I took a short break (the Wings lost) and then turned on Cardio Jam. Evidently my sweat was bawling tonight (see my post about Sweat) because my shirt was totally soaked when I was done! It felt great but now I'm tired and ready for bed.

Start something new, stick with it for a month and you'll have a new habit!! You can do it!
